One company. One visit. One price in writing.
Answer a few questions about the bathroom. We'll show you the exact local installer we'd send, what the visit involves, and a real price range, before we ask who you are.
We start with ZIP because we name the installer before we ask your name.

The Visit Standard
Six terms every installer we send you to has agreed to in writing.

A measurement and a written price, 60–90 minutes, stated
The visit is not a sales call. It produces a measurement and a written number, and it takes the time we told you it would.
- 2
Happens with whoever is home
No both-decision-makers rule, ever. The visit happens with whoever is home.
- 3
In writing, stands for 30 days
No today-only discount. The number you get is good for a month, not an hour.
- 4
One company
Your details go to the installer named on this page, and to no one else.
- 5
One call, up to 4 attempts
Only the named installer's scheduling team calls, inside the window you choose. Once you've spoken, or the window ends, further contact is your choice.

Cancellation policy shown before you sign
Deposit and cancellation terms are shown before anything is signed, and the 3-business-day cooling-off right is honored.

Questions homeowners actually ask
Who gets my information?+
One company — the single installer named on your result — and nobody else. If anyone else calls about this, tell us and they lose the market.
Will you call me constantly?+
Only the scheduling team of the one installer named on your result, and no one else — inside the window you chose, with up to 4 attempts. Once we've spoken, it's your move. Say stop once and it stops.
How much does it cost?+
Outside California, we show a price shape from named sources so you're not going in blind. In California we don't show prices at all — the visit gives you a written price that stands for 30 days, and that's the only number that means anything.
Do I need my husband (or spouse) there?+
No. The visit happens with whoever is home. It's in the standard.
Is a walk-in tub right for me, or my mother?+
Usually not; usually a walk-in shower is. Answer a few questions and we'll tell you honestly, including on the occasions it is the tub.
Does Medicare pay for this?+
No. Original Medicare does not cover walk-in tubs. Some Medicare Advantage plans have a small bathroom-safety allowance, and veterans may have a VA HISA grant. We won't pretend otherwise.
What if I sign and change my mind?+
You have 3 business days by law, and the installer shows you the cancellation policy before you sign anything. That's term six of the standard.
Are your installers vetted?+
Screened on conduct, not just licence: they've agreed to the six terms, and we stop sending appointments to anyone who breaks them. Their public reviews are linked, unfiltered.
Why should I trust you? You're paid by them.+
We are — by the installer, only for appointments, and only if the visit happens as described. That's why we care more about the visit than they do.
I'll get several quotes.+
You should. Ours will be the one that didn't cost you an evening.
